Product design
End to end product work, from research to an accepted design, built on the systems.
Five product problems from 2021 to 2026, newest first. Every sheet runs the same method: observe real users and count them, map each finding to the decision it caused, test before shipping, measure after, and keep the options that lost on the record. Each opens with an evidence trail that traces every claim from field research to the decision it drove to the measured outcome. Two of the sheets come from one pharma engagement at Dr. Reddy's, two years apart: the recommender first, then the platform it grew into. Earlier work, from interface design at Tata Elxsi in 2016 to managing UX design at Belong.co before moving back to hands-on product work, is on the CV.
